Capital India invested USD 25 Million in Credenc. Credenc is an education finance fin-tech platform based in Delhi. It provides financial assistance to students studying in colleges based on student potential and future income. Credenc also provides financial assistance for students going to school, attending online upskilling courses or studying courses abroad.

Verist Law represented Credenc in this investment. Capital India is a listed NBFC.

Credenc was founded by Avinash Kumar and Mayank Batheja in 2017.
