Srishti founded Verist Law in 2014. Srishti has also been listed in the Forbes Legal Power List 2020 for Top Managing Partners above 10 years’ experience and as the Thomson Reuters, Acritas Star 2020.
Srishti specialises in capital markets, securities laws and also sensitive dispute situations such as boardroom disputes, founder disagreements and security enforcement strategies.
At Verist Law, Srishti has advised Jio Financial, Ambit, Essar, GE, ICICI Securities as well as a range of high-growth companies such as Razorpay, Porter, Cashfree and Northern Arc.
Srishti graduated from NLSIU Bangalore in 2002 with a gold medal in international law. She completed her LL.M. from the New York University in 2003 and passed the New York Bar in the same year.
Sudha joined Verist Law in 2016.
Sudha specializes in structured debt finance.
At Verist Law, Sudha has represented a number of financial institutions on various forms of structured lending. These include Northern Arc, Keertana Finserve, MAS Financial as well as OfBusiness/Oxyzo, Bharatpe, LendingKart, Krazybee/Kreditbee and several others.
Sudha has particular expertise in non-convertible debt (listed and unlisted), securitizations by issue of PTCs and direct assignments as well as structures on invoice discounting and digital platform lending.
Sudha graduated from the University Law College, Bangalore in 2003, and completed her BCL from the University of Oxford in 2004.
Arka joined Verist Law in 2025.

Arka specializes in M&A and general corporate law.
​
Arka regularly advises on public and private M&A as well as PE and VC transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
​
Arka has also advised on corporate governance including training boards and senior management of listed entities.
Arka graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru in 2006 and has obtained an MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore) in 2015.
Arka's previous roles include being partner at Shardul Amarchand, Mumbai for five years.
Vipul joined Verist Law in 2025.
Vipul specialises in banking and finance, fintech regulation, and data privacy.
Vipul’s practice focuses on project finance, non-convertible debenture issuance, debt assignments, co-lending arrangements, as well as data privacy and fintech security standards.
At Verist Law, Vipul has advised financial institutions, fintech companies, and infrastructure developers on banking & finance and emerging digital finance matters. These include Branch International, Refyne Finance, Oriana Power, Rotomag and several others.
Prior to joining Verist Law, Vipul had an independent consultancy practice.
Vipul graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2007.
Chitrangda joined Verist Law in 2025.
At Verist Law, she will advise M&A clients.
In her prior role as senior associate at AZB, Chitrangda focussed on M&A and her representations included advising Bodhi Tree, Kotak Mahindra General Insurance, Ericsson, Peninsula Land and Delta Corp.
Chitrangda is also a Fellow at Shiv Nadar School of Law.
Chitrangda graduated from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat in 2016.
Sarayu joined Verist Law in 2022.
At Verist Law, Sarayu specialises in M&A and general corporate matters.
At Verist Law, she has represented several companies such as Entero Healthcare, Essar, GE, Cashfree, Junglee Games, Marketfeed, Jar, Tyke, and CASHe in a variety of situations including governance, buy-outs, commercial contracts and privacy laws.
Sarayu graduated from NLSIU Bangalore in 2016 and has completed her LL.M. degree from the Institute for Law and Finance (Goethe University), Frankfurt in 2022.
Sanjna joined Verist Law in November 2025.

Sanjna focusses mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital investment transactions. She also advises on commercial contracts across sectors, including technology, e-commerce, and energy

Alister joined Verist Law in November 2025.

Alister focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital investment transactions across sectors including Food and Beverage, Information Technology, Insurance, Logistics and Digital Media.

Alister has previously worked in the corporate practices of Khaitan & Co. and J.Sagar & Associates.

​Alister graduated from the Government Law College in 2019, and is qualified to act as an Independent Director in India.
Iti joined Verist Law in March 2025.
​
At Verist Law, Iti focusses on capital markets and securities law. In her previous role as senior associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Iti has advised as issuer and underwriters’ counsel on IPOs of various companies including Awfis Space Solutions. Iti has also advised RHI Magnesita India Limited on its QIP.

Additionally, Iti has advised on initial offering of units by the infrastructure investment trust of Cube Highways Trust and National Highways Infra Trust.

Iti graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2020.
Kanchi joined Verist Law in January 2025.
At Verist Law, Kanchi focuses on capital markets and general corporate.
In her previous role at Khaitan & Co. since 2021, Kanchi has exclusively specialised in capital markets for several years. This includes having acted as issuer counsel and underwriters' counsel in various IPOs and QIPs including transactions of TVS Supply Chain, Apeejay Park Hotel, Aadhar Housing Finance, and Phillips Carbon.
Kanchi graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2021.
Megan joined Verist Law in 2022.
At Verist Law, Megan focuses on structured finance, particularly securitizations and non-convertible instruments.
In her role at Verist Law, Megan has advised several entities including Northern Arc, Oxyzo, Kredibee, Rupeek and Muthoot Capital on collectively several thousands of crores of non-convertible debentures. Similarly, Megan has advised SBI, Vivriti Capital and Bank of India in securitisations.
Megan graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2022.
Toral joined Verist Law in February 2026.
Toral focuses on structured finance, particularly securitisations and non-convertible instruments.
In her role at Verist Law, she has advised entities like Mpokket and Branch International Financial Services on collectively several hundreds of crores of non-convertible debentures.
Similarly, Toral has advised Save Financial Services and Aristo Securities in securitisations.
Prior to joining Verist Law, Toral worked in the Banking and Finance team at Wadia Ghandy & Co.
Toral graduated from Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai, in 2020.
Rajashri joined Verist Law in 2024.
Rajashri was previously at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas where she focussed on legal diligence of listed companies, including Fortune 500 companies and on corporate governance matters.
She has also worked at an ESG advisory firm focussing on ESG due diligence and related advisory.
At Verist Law, Rajashri has worked with Jio Financial, Rotomag, OYO, CoinDCX, and others on a wide spectrum of matters including governance and commercial contracts.
Rajashri graduated from NLSIU Bangalore in 2021.
Dhvanit joined Verist Law in November 2025.

At Verist Law, Dhvanit focusses on capital markets and securities law. In his previous role at J. Sagar & Associates, he has advised on a number of QIPs and IPOs.
