Srishti graduated from NLSIU, Bangalore in 2002 and was awarded a gold medal for international law. She has also read LL.M. from New York University, graduating in 2003, and cleared the New York Bar.

Srishti founded Verist Law in 2014. Srishti has also been listed in the Forbes Legal Power List 2020 for Top Managing Partners above 10 years of experience and as the Thomson Reuters, Acritas Star 2020.

Srishti specialises in capital markets, securities laws and also sensitive dispute situations such as founder disagreements, boardroom disputes, security enforcement strategies and regulatory structuring.
​
Srishti has been Principal Associate (capital markets) and her representations in IPOs and QIPs have included Citibank, J.P. Morgan, Nomura, Equirus and others.
​
​Srishti has been appointed as an expert by SIAC, Singapore for a widely reported IPO-related dispute. Her other clientele at Verist Law has included Essar, GE, Ambuja Cement as well as a range of high-growth companies such as Razorpay, Porter, Cashfree, and Northern Arc.
Sudha joined Verist Law in 2016. She graduated from the University Law College, Bangalore in 2003, and completed her BCL from the University of Oxford in 2004.

Sudha specializes in structured debt financing. At Verist Law, Sudha has represented several financial institutions on structured lending.
​
These include Northern Arc, Keertana Finserve, MAS Financial as well as unicorn start-ups such as Of Business/Oxyzo and BharatPe and Series D start-ups such as Krazybee.
​
Sudha has particular expertise in non-convertible debt (listed and unlisted debt), securitizations by issue of PTCs and direct assignments as well as structures on invoice discounting and digital platform lending.
​
Sudha also has significant experience in fund formation.
Himani joined Verist Law in 2024.
She graduated from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal in 2010 and has an experience of over 10 years primarily in the equity capital markets.
In her prior role at DSK Legal, Himani has led several IPOs and QIPs across varied industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, as well as several PSUs.
Himani has advised on some notable transactions in the capital markets space such as IPOs of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, FabIndia Limited, RITES, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, FabIndia, and Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited.
Vedant joined Verist Law in 2023 and has graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, in 2008. Vedant’s prior experiences include Head Global M&A (Legal) at UltraTech Cement, Director (M&A) at Elevate and Partner (Funds) at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
Vedant specializes in M&A, structured finance and funds.
In his earlier roles, Vedant has represented Cadila Healthcare in its 100% acquisition of Biochem Pharma, Shrenik Industries (a windmill manufacturer) in its 100% stake sale to Gestamp Powergear Windsteel and Vector Green Energy in the purchase of 25 MW of the operating wind business of Jindal Steel and Power.
Very recently, Vedant has also advised on the issuance of listed non-convertible debentures by Krazybee Services Private Limited for INR 100 crore and INR 50 crore respectively.
Vedant also routinely advises CASHe and Ecofy (both NBFCs) on non-convertible debentures and operational agreements.
Sarayu graduated from NLSIU Bangalore in 2016. She has completed her LL. M. from the Institute for Law and Finance (Goethe University), Frankfurt in 2022.
At Verist Law, Sarayu specialises in M&A and general corporate matters, with a focus on commercial contracts. She has represented several companies in equity raises including Pratech (a house of brands) in an investment by Sequoia Capital, as well as equity fundings of Solar Ladder and Loanzen.
She has focuses on fintech, commercial laws and privacy and has advised a range of large corporates such as GE and Essar as well as emerging companies such as Junglee Games, Groyyo, Cashfree, Marketfeed, Jar, Bhanix (CASHe ) and Tyke.
Mansi graduated from NLSIU, Bangalore in 2015. She was elected as one of five Rhodes Scholars from India in 2015 and went on to read for two master’s degrees (in Law and Higher Education) at the University of Oxford.
Since 2018, she has been practicing as an advocate in Delhi and regularly represents a variety of corporate and individual clients across fora, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Competition Commission of India and the National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT and NCLAT).
She has also represented Flipkart and Oyo before the Competition Commission of India and Voltas in arbitration matters.

Aman Vasavada joined Verist Law in August 2024. Aman graduated from NLSIU Bangalore in 2021.
Previously, Aman was at Trilegal and advised on corporate finance, project finance and debt capital markets transactions.
In his previous role, Aman has represented the UK Government’s development finance institution in the subscription to the first-ever issue of social masala bonds on the National Stock Exchange.
Aman has also acted as borrower’s counsel to leading renewable energy platforms for project finance and working capital facilities.
Aman's other representations include non-convertible debentures and one-time debt settlement. Aman also has worked on and has a key interest in digital innovations and legal workflow automation.
Megan graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2022.
She has completed a diploma in cyber laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws.
At Verist Law, Megan is focusing on structured finance, regulatory compliance laws and due diligence.
