We are a lean team of lawyers who work closely with our clients to resolve critical aspects of their businesses.
Srishti graduated from NLSIU, Bangalore in 2002 and was awarded a gold medal for international law. She has also read LL.M. from New York University, graduating in 2003, and cleared the New York Bar.
Srishti's core focus is securities law. Srishti increasingly also focuses on legal strategy for complex and sensitive situations relating to shareholders, employees, counterparties, and regulators.
At Verist Law, Srishti has represented a wide range of clients ranging from unicorn and late-stage start-ups such as Razorpay and Porter, to investment banks such as ICICI Securities and IDBI Capital and listed companies like Essar and Repco Home and emerging start-ups like Jar and Y Combinator-backed companies such as Voosh and Marketfeed.
Srishti was included in Acritas Stars (part of Thomson Reuters) and was enlisted in the Forbes Legal Powerlist 2020.
Sudha graduated from University Law College, Bangalore in 2003 and read the BCL from the University of Oxford in 2004.
Prior to joining Verist Law in 2016, she has worked on large structures debt transactions at Link Legal India Law Services.
Sudha specializes in structured finance such as listed and unlisted non-convertible debentures including market-linked debentures and securitizations by direct assignments and PTCs.
Sudha has at Verist Law represented several well-known financial institutions and arrangers including Northern Arc and Bank of India, large companies such as Essar and start-up unicorns like Oxyzo and BharatPe. Sudha also has significant experience in funds formations.
Mansi graduated from NLSIU, Bangalore in 2015. She was elected as one of five Rhodes Scholars from India in 2015 and went on to read for two master’s degrees (in Law and Higher Education) at the University of Oxford.
Since 2018, she has been practicing as an advocate in Delhi and regularly represents a variety of corporate and individual clients across fora, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Competition Commission of India and the National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT and NCLAT).
She has also represented Flipkart and Oyo before the Competition Commission of India and Voltas in arbitration matters.

Vedant joined Verist Law in 2023 and has graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, in 2008.
Vedant’s prior experiences include Head Global M&A (Legal) at UltraTech Cement, Director (M&A) at Elevate and Partner (Funds) at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
Vedant specializes in M&A, structured finance and funds. In his earlier roles, Vedant has represented Cadila Healthcare in its 100 % acquisition of Biochem Pharma, Shrenik Industries (a windmill manufacturer) in its 100 % stake sale to Gestamp Powergear Windsteel and Vector Green Energy in the purchase of 25 MW of the operating wind business of Jindal Steel and Power.
Very recently, Vedant has also advised on the issuance of listed non - convertible debentures by Krazybee Services Private Limited for INR 100 crore and INR 50 crore respectively. Vedant also routinely advises CASHe and Ecofy (both NBFCs) on non - convertible debentures and operational agreements .
Aditya joined Verist Law in 2024. He graduated from Symbiosis International University in 2015. Aditya was previously at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (November 2021 -August 2024 and July 2019 -August 2020 ).
Aditya has represented, amongst others, Tata Cleantech Capital in relation to financing of an integrated cargo terminal to be developed at Jewar Airport (Noida).
He has also represented Adani Airports Holdings Limited in relation to the financing of Navi Mumbai International Airport such as the replacement of performance bank guarantee submitted to the Airports Authority of India under six airport concessions.
Aditya has also advised Zurich Airport International AG in relation to implementation of a greenfield airport to be developed at Jewar Airport (Noida). He has also advised Standard Chartered Bank in relation to financing of a hydro -power plant and in relation to financing of Rajgarh Transmission Limited .
He has also advised REC in connection with refinancing of several SPVs of Renew Group in a co -obligor structure and L&T in relation to a settlement agreement in relation to a construction dispute .
Sarayu graduated from the NLSIU, Bangalore in 2016 and has completed her LL.M. from the Institute for Law and Finance (Goethe University), Frankfurt.
Prior to Verist Law, Sarayu worked at Khaitan & Co. for three years where she has advised on M&A, private equity and other corporate transactions. and notably has represented clients such as Temasek and Apax Partners in relation to their investments in India.
Sarayu has also worked with Hogan Lovells LLP and Deloitte Legal in Frankfurt where she has advised leading European clients on M&A transactions.
At Verist, Sarayu represents technology-centered companies such as Marketfeed, FairMoney, Tyke and others on their commercial transactions, funding and regulatory advice.

Meghmala graduated from NLU Odisha in 2018 with seven gold medals . She also completed the BCL from the University of Oxford in 2023 as an HSA Advocates Scholar.
Meghmala specialises in M&A and general corporate matters, with a focus on fintech and policies matters . She has represented several companies such as Jar, Porter, Groyyo, Pratech, Bhanix (CashE), Razorpay, Tyke, Sustvest and Zaamo on various commercial contracts and funding rounds . She also assists companies in instituting various policies at the company level including ESOP policies and prevention of sexual harassment policies . *Corporate counsel with academic practice as Assistant Professor of Legal Practice at O . Graduating from NLSIU, Bangalore in 2014, Viraj commenced his career at McKinsey & Company. He regularly represents corporates in dispute situations and insolvency matters at the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and the Bombay High Court.
He has represented operational creditors, financial creditors and corporate debtors in insolvency proceedings prior to admission. He has also represented resolution professionals, resolution applicants and suspended directors after admission during the period of the insolvency resolution process. Further, he has also drafted resolution plans and argued for and against approval of resolution plans. Nippon India, Ruchi Soya and PMC Bank are some of the clients Viraj has appeared for in the restructuring space.
